My Really Good Alfredo Recipe

  • Pasta of some sort
  • A jar of Alfredo sauce
  • Carrots
  • Broccoli
  • A lemon/Lemon Juice
  • Onion
  • Garlic/Garlic powder
  • Oil
  • Salt


  1. While boiling water and salt for the pasta, oil a pan to saute the veggies. Depending on how many servings you are going to make add some small pieces of carrots and broccoli, then dice one to one half of an onion. Add this to the pan as well as garlic of some sort. Wait a few minutes before sprinkling the vegetables with lemon juice and salt.
  2. Once your water has come to a boil, proceed to carefully add the pasta.As the veggies have started to brown you may take them of the heat. Wait until the pasta is fully cooked and soft.
  3. Drain the pasta, place it back onto the stove and add the Alfredo sauce and veggies. After a few minutes add some more lemon juice and continue to heat the sauce for about 5 minutes.
  4. ENJOY!
